About the Position

As a Gym Coordinator at Fitness24Seven in Hötorget, you will work in a dynamic and health-oriented environment where your main responsibility is to ensure that the gym is in top condition and that members receive the best possible experience.

You will belong to the Hötorget cluster and work at the facilities: Sergels Torg, Fridhemsplan, Regeringsgatan, and Hötorget. The position is a part-time employment of 75% with working hours distributed between Monday-Thursday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Ensure that the gym is clean, tidy, and functioning well through daily checks and actions.
Handle service requests and independently perform minor repairs and maintenance of gym equipment.
Conduct safety checks according to established routines and checklists.
Report larger repairs.
Conduct member rounds, which include putting weights back, restocking materials, and ensuring the gym is in top condition.
Inventory consumables and place orders as needed.
Carry out cleaning and sanitation routines.
Contribute to a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and building relationships with members.
Conduct open houses and introductory tours for new members as needed to give them a welcoming start at the gym.

About You

We are looking for someone with a completed high school diploma who is handy and has an interest in machines and equipment. You are service-oriented, structured, and meticulous, with a natural ability to take initiative and find solutions. As a person, you are engaged, adaptable, and enjoy working according to established routines and processes.

Furthermore, we see that you are relationship-building and enjoy working with people. You have a genuine interest in fitness and health, and see a long-term commitment in your work with Fitness24Seven.

Important for the Position:

Completed high school diploma
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Previous experience in a similar role within service, property, maintenance, or security is an advantage
Driving license B is an advantage

Since the role involves working alone and handling payment methods, you must be at least 18 years old.
